Food, Microbiota and Immunity

About the conference:

This unique course for PhD students and young researchers “Food, Microbiota and Immunity: For strong immunity – feed your microbiota well” will take place at June 7-10, 2017 at castle Třešť. It will have a form of small conference and its major aim will be to provide invaluable opportunity for all young scientist to discuss their research projects with prominent researchers from all around the world.
    Apart from the lectures covering several major links between immune system, food and microbiota, we will organize poster session, panel discussions and informal social events to facilitate the transfer of scientific ideas.     The conference is organized as a part of Strategy of Czech Academy of Sciences AV21: “Foods for the Future”. Supported by European Federation of Immunological societies and European Journal of Immunology, Czech Agrarian Chamber, Czech immunological society and Homunkulus foundation. Thanks to their generous support, the conference fee is waived for all participants.
