Research Interest |

| My
research focuses on host-microbe interactions and their impact on human
health. My goal is to unravel the underlying mechanisms and find ways
to regulate the overreactive immune system in patients with severe
inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. This interest has led me through
several branches of immunological research, including mucosal
immunology and biomarker research. In addition to research, I teach in
the Clinical Immunology program at the Faculty of Science, Charles
University in Prague, and supervise students in their daily tasks in
the laboratory. |
